Quality customer service should be recognised around the world, and we’re delighted to be celebrating with the winners of Customer Service of the Year in France (L’Election du Service Client de L’Annee). You don’t need a budget of billions to get the customer service basics right. Our winners know that the answer to success at Customer Service of the Year lies in listening to the customer, providing easy answers to their questions, and above all, offering a personalised response.
