Customer Service of the Year recognises the very best in customer care.

 

This trailblazing awards scheme has enjoyed years of success in France and Spain, and is now celebrating its third year in the UK.


The awards are open to companies across all sectors who deal directly with the public.

We work with the UK’s largest independent research company TNS, which undertakes thousands of mystery shops to uncover the businesses who go the extra mile for their customers.
